First Units Completed and Sold !

The first two units at 315 Pine Ave have been completed. The residential unit is currently being enjoyed by visiting guests. The commercial unit has been sold to an owner occupant .

This is significant indeed, considering just 18 months have passed since the Pine Avenue Restoration Project was born. As of this writing (mid March) the units next door at 317 are nearing completion and new tenants await the finishing touches to move in.

Meanwhile, we are preparing plans for the next two buildings just across the street, while acquiring new properties to expand on the opportunity to create a true village center where professionals, shopkeepers and artisans alike can live and work in paradise !
